We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers Please for all our parcel deliveries within Australia to street addresses only as we require your signature on delivery or collection. This helps to ensure that you receive the item you ordered. Our delivery system also keeps track of your purchase during delivery.
You will receive an email us containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days and dispatch operates Monday to Friday.
Express Post delivery options are available at an extra cost and can be selected at check out.
In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible and given the option to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, or to receive a full refund of your payment. Customers in country or regional areas may experience additional delays.
Delays in postage are out of Rhino Bags’ control, however we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible. If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Rhino Bags, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs. If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address.
